Italian head chef look for job

Hi i m italian chef and consultant i have good attitude and good back ground multiculture kitchen and start up , currently i open one Italian restaurant in Hotel 5 stars (semi fine dinning) before i was head chef two italian restaurants ( busy ), when finish my start up i look for new employer minimum 2 years or long time in Asia, Europe,and Africa,or any country all over the world.
